There are 4 people buried in the ground.

All facing one way, with either a black hat or a white hat.

There is a wall inbetween the last 3 people and the front person.

Tip: Only you know, you cannot communicate to them

The guard watches them carefully and says: "If one of you can tell me the colors of all of your hats, you will win and you will be set free. There are 2 black hats and 2 white hats. Good luck."

Restrictions:

[No turning your head.]
[No talking.]
[If your hat falls to the ground, I will shoot all of you.]
[Your hats are slippery. There is no way to see your hat.]
