Jobs for alliance

Could we have jobs for alliance members, for example
Resource makers - Make resources for battle etc.
Military training - Make military for battle etc.
etc.
Any suggestions?

At first it sounds like a good I idea but if you think about it it would leave certain members weak in different ways and a lot of time would be spent transport.

Later on in the game this might make sence if we control a large area and people who have cities in the middle of it are not in a position to be threatened... but that would be much later in the game.

well i got lots of speed and loads u could just spend all gold on your self save time transporting even with an hour it would be useless cuz some people have better tech then ofters

Compass level 3 would not directally result in a 30% increase... as it is 10% extra... then 10% of that 110%... etc.... As far as I am aware that is......
