Could we have a help section please?

Just a little place where us slow types can ask the really stupid questions that seem so obvious to everyone else.

For example, I have built my second city. It is a lovely place and won 3rd prize in the CARINTHIA In Bloom contest.

However, I cannot build any troops n the Lvl2 Barracks as it says I need Informatics. Yet, I cannot research anything in the acadamy.

What am I doing wrong?

and the best advice i can give ya is follow the quests it teaches u the basics

and no question is a bad question trust me we all had them and next time i have time i will
write my course, "dont do this, because i did and it was wrong ...... 101" every one that has been
in the clan knows this lil joke because the reason why weare such a strong clan is because we all
taught each other how to play

in other words u newer ppl to the game can ask any of out officers or my self any queston in the game

all tho putting it into cats would help people find it faster like 1 how to earn medal 2 how to make a 2ed city and so on but make them topics so people can find it faster.
